About
Welcome
Regardless of why you seek couples therapy, I provide a fresh perspective to help you communicate constructively, secure your attachment, and overcome hurdles. After helping hundreds of couples strengthen their relationships, I have found that once you identify the specific problems in your relationship and pinpoint where you want your partnership to be, it becomes possible to make the dream a reality. Creating meaningful, decisive change is possible. It would be my privilege to provide you with the support, tools, guidance, and hope. You can expect to: * strengthen intimacy, *communicate effectively, reach a resolution,*learn how to manage conflict, *learn to self-regulate your emotion, and co-regulate with your partner *strengthen your emotional connection, and *secure your attachment. What is of utmost importance is the relationship/alliance I will hopefully share with you. I do not use a one-size-fits-all approach; you can expect counseling tailored to your unique needs, culture, history, and goals. I often integrate the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy; Esther Perel, Real Life Therapy, and other approaches inspire my work.
SERVICES: couples therapy, marital counseling; affair counseling; sex therapy; separation/divorce counseling; discernment counseling; dating & breakup counseling; pre-marital counseling; relationship coaching; workshops for couples & singles.
