Together we will develop a plan to help you have the life in which you desire. I am compassionate, genuine, and take a great deal of pride in providing an empathic, nonjudgmental approach to all of my clients.
My personal and clinical experience has assisted me in providing help to others in times of emotional and mental distress. I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In my experience, these theories have provided my clients with the tools necessary to manage their lives.
