It can be painful to look at your relationship and just be in complete disbelief in confusion.Where did it go wrong? How did the relationship go from what it was to the start until now? And the hardest question, can we ever make it back there? It's common for relationships to go through periods of ups and downs, and in our work we will be in that down together, collaborating on seeing where things went off the tracks and the tools we'll need to get it back on. My approach with couples is based on the Gottman Method. We will focus on improving how you both handle conflict together, increase your feelings of friendship and intimacy, and help you both build a shared vision of your future together.
