The approach I take is based on the client. I use evidence base approaches and I do an intergating of different modalities. Since I have a degree in Christian Counseling & a degree as a Marriage & Family, I will sometimes blend the two if the clients want. I am a therapist who loves working with individuals, couples, families, and groups to help them move forward when the feel stuck or just having a hard time dealing with life at that. time.
