About
We will work to clarify what is causing stress, conflict and keeping you stuck in unwanted cycles of unhappiness; and the steps to break these cycles.
What to expect:
Step 1: Sixty-minute session to discuss your motivation for seeking counseling, identifying areas of stress and conflict, clarifying steps that will be useful in reaching your objectives.
Step 2: Complete the Prepare Enrich assessment, which is taken online and customized based on your profile. This is not a test or predictor of success or failure. The purpose is to provide a snapshot of your relationship to provide a structure for discussing core areas of your relationship.
Step 3: Review the results together. Once the assessment is completed, we will sit together and use it as a guide for further action.
Step 4: Focused work to clarify who and what is important to you; what keeps getting in the way; what committed actions that you can take to move in a direction consistent with what you value.
The benefits of couples counseling are helping you discover how to change the negative cycles today!
