I specialize in parenting work and I an Advanced Nurtured Heart Approach© trainer. This is an attachment-based approach that is transformative for individuals, couples, and families. The approach helps to change the lens of how we perceive things and to shift the negative energy flow to one of celebration and honoring the strengths in each other. We often look at what is going wrong, when there can be so much more going right, but we miss those small moments of opportunity to see the greatness in the moment. As a play therapist, sandtray therapist, & a creative arts therapists, I often use nontraditional modalities that are playful and fun. These modalities offer a safe psychological distance and a bridge for the healing to occur.
