About

I am a PACT couples therapy using the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy, developed by Dr. Stan Tatkin. What's different about PACT is that it focuses not just on emotions or communication. Instead, it takes into account attachment style, neuroscience, and the biology of arousal to help couples create safety and security in their marriage at the deepest level.
I have been a therapist for more than 25 years and a couples therapist for more than 10 years. I am also trained in Gottman Method and EFT.
Couples come to me for help with infidelity, communication problems, too much conflict, or simply feeling disconnected or like they have grown apart.
I enjoy working with high performing couples where both people work and are trying to balance their demanding jobs with raising children and keeping the spark in their relationship. I also have lots and lots of experience working with couples from different cultures, having worked as a therapist in several countries, including China, Russia, and Botswana, and training therapists in India.
