Using the family systems approach, which looks at your role in your family of origin and the unhealthy patterns, fighting styles, communication, and family secrets that you have brought into your current relationships, together, we will establish new, healthier patterns. Therapy is customized to suit each client’s unique individual needs. I integrate several different therapeutic approaches and interventions including CBT, Narrative, EFT, Solutions Focused, Strategic, The Genogram, Gestalt, and Psychoeducation.
