About
As I've attended all of the trainings offered at the Gottman Institute, I utilize Gottman Couples Counseling method. While it is comprehensive, it is flexible to meet your individualized needs as not only is every couple different, yet every individual is very different as well. My emphasis areas are relationship issues, depression, anxiety, anger and resentment, in addition to grief, trauma and addictions. I am certified in trauma issues utilizing the following modalities as needed: BrainSpotting, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Theophostics. I utilize strengths and goal setting from a wellness, neuroscience perspective. I am retired from the Air Force with 23 years active duty service. I have 5 children and 5 grandsons, so I have generational life experience, as well.
