I believe that everyone deserves therapy and an objective ear. No problem is too big or too small. I see it as part of my job to help you understand the way you think and feel so that you can have more meaningful relationships with those closest to you. Together, we'll make sense of the things in your life that are troubling you, and explore ways to cope in order to help you feel less overwhelmed.
I use a psychodynamic approach to therapy, which means that the thoughts and feelings you have can be understood through old patterns and habits - typically unconscious until pieced together and appreciated in a way that is productive for you.
