Sharickah is a passionate clinician with a strong sense of commitment to each client she has the privilege to work with. She firmly believes in the Biblical promise of “abundant life” found in John 10:10 and that is the foundation from which she works. Sharickah feels counseling is her life’s calling and approaches her work with each client with an enormous amount of care and respect. She is a Level 1 Trained Gottman Therapist. Sharickah values education and prioritizes continuing learning opportunities that provide additional knowledge and skill development in the latest evidenced based methods to enhance her work with clients.
Sharickah leans on a combination of CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and the Gottman Method working to create a safe space where clients are supported in moving towards the abundant life that is rightfully theirs.
