As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I approach therapy with a holistic lens that ties together the threads of your story, context, relationships and perceptions so you can gain clarity and insight and explore possibilities.

I assist individuals, couples, and families with a variety of issues, through treatment based in attachment theory, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. I specialize in trauma therapy, mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, relationships and couple issues such as infidelity, communication, divorce/separation, and premarital therapy. I believe with the right knowledge and skill set everyone can overcome any obstacle. I would be honored to walk with you on your journey to healing.
