Sean Jarman
About
The approach I take to marriage and couples counseling is holistic and person centered. It is holistic in the sense that I use a variety of tools and strategies that are tailored to each individual and couple based on your need and situation. Everyone is different. I am person centered in the same way in that you are the focus and I am the driver. I have the map towards great healing, but you are the driver in direction and speed. What I also consider in the healing process is that there are always other underlyning issues that you may have, that can be addressed specifically. For instance, you and your spouse may be having comunication problems and at the same time one of you is dealing with depression or anxiety. No couple or person is the same and I approach each as a journey towards healing wtih kindness and compassion.
