About
These days, it may feel like you are both in survival mode most of the time. Stresses of life can take our focus away from our partners, so it is no wonder that finding time to nurture our relationships can be difficult. Between demanding work schedules, taking care of the kids (and/or extended family members), and simply trying to keep up with the finances, it may seem difficult to have time left for anything else. It comes as no surprise that we sometimes turn our frustrations on to our partners. Our life partner becomes the object of our anger. But not on purpose.
Allow me to assist you in identifying how and why this is happening. Let me help you share your emotional self with each other, to stop blaming each other for your woes. Let me help you learn assertive communication skills that will assist both of you to take more responsibility for how you cope with the stress of life. Stop blaming each other and start developing a more effective partnership to cope with the stresses of life. Remember who you fell in love with in the first place.
Take the time to reach out and start healing. I look forward to helping you both.
