Some people say that marriage is hard, I believe that marriage does take work, but doesn't have to be hard necessarily. We can work together to help you build communication skills, as well as learn strategies to make marriage easier.
Many of my couples and families learn how they show love and the way they apologize. We will also talk about differences in how each of you was raised which can lead to conflicts. Disagreement is not a bad thing if you do it in a way that doesn't hurt each other. In therapy, we can discuss ways to solve problems so that you don't cause so much pain and suffering within your marriage.
Maybe you haven't experienced any of that yet, and everything is going amazingly! We can also discuss ways to keep the honeymoon going.
