We all desire belonging and connection but relationships can be hard! Relationships often open us up to the most sensitive and raw parts of our humanity. Understanding our own behavioral patterns is the first step towards making real change.
Many of us grow up without role models for the type of intimacy we desire. I work with couples and individuals from a LGBTQ+-affirming, poly-affirming, kink-affirming, sex-positive framework to help dispel shame around sex and relationships outside of our hetero/cis/mononormative cultural standards. Let’s create the kind of relationships that align with your values.
I work eclectically from a trauma-informed foundation based on what my clients desire out of therapy. I work with couples in person in the Silver Lake neighbhorhood in Los Angeles.
