My mission is to provide the best treatment possible to the individuals and partnerships who trust me with their care. I value working within a framework of multicultural awareness, and feel strongly that individuals be engaged within the context of their background and world view. I am relationship focused, and incorporate evidence based approaches to address presenting difficulties. In particular, I have a strong emphasis on mindfulness-based and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy interventions and from Sex Therapy practices.
I work with adolescents, adults, couples and other relationship structured people who are experiencing mental health difficulties and Personal Growth needs. I specialize in mental health difficulties, and also in difficulty related to human sexuality and offer services for mental health, sexual health, and life function difficulties.
