Marriages are at the foundation of family and society, so therefore need to be supported and given tools to thrive. I approach marriage therapy as treating two individuals who need tools to manage the stressors, frustrations, and communication problems which interfere with becoming whole together. Many of us did not receive the skills and finesse that we needed from our families of origin or society to navigate married life challenges. I offer the skills needed from years of counseling experience, training (Gottman, etc) life experience (married over 25 years) and the power of Christ; to heal, strengthen, and set marriages free.
