This is where I come in. I am a trained couples therapist with years of experience helping couples navigate challenging discussions, different lifestyles, and loss of connection. I use a direct, honest appropach to help get to the heart of the issue quickly. I provide real life tools you can use right away to help your communication feel successful, and to help you and your partner resolve long standing issues. I work relaitonally and collaboratively, meaning that we will all get on board with what they goals in therapy are and how to get there. You will feel supported, heard, and sometimes challenged, but you'll always know what direction we are working toward.
