About
I specialize in Marriage and Family Therapy and utilize a systems perspective when facilitating individual, couples, and family therapy. I am incredibly passionate in walking alongside clients throughout a variety of challenges, including attachment issues, childhood/relational/workplace traumas, codepedence, anxiety, work/life balance, infidelity, parenting concerns, depression. Additionally, as a Military spouse, I also specialize in and have extensive clinical and research experience specific to First Responders and Military populations.
With a compassionate, forthright, and supportive approach, I work with each individual to help build strengths and attain the desired personal, relational, and familial growth. Healthy and effective communication, shame, patterns of attachment, self-worth, overwhelm, self-care, trauma, grief and loss, boundaries, spirituality, anxiety, and depression are themes that may be processed throughout individual, couples, and family therapy. I also utilize research-supported approaches and tools throughout the therapeutic experience.
I have Master’s and Doctorate of Philosophy degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and am Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Arizona.
