Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study mental health and eventually become a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, in the greater Atlanta area. I am committed to the well-being of the whole person and go above and beyond to support you in your journey of well-being.
My clients are very high-functioning, motivated, and committed to making changes in their life and I love providing them with tools and techniques so that they can reach their potential and ultimately stop coming to therapy. I know your time and money is valuable so I try to be as structured and goal-oriented as possible. I have worked with a variety of individuals dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives. My specialties include working with health care professionals, those with high-stress and high-risk careers, couples, and individuals going through life transitions.
