Hello & welcome. As a therapist, I believe maintaining your integrity and self-esteem is important to navigating the universal human experiences we encounter. In my therapeutic session, I strive to respect, use transparency and humor, and create a space that is safe and cultivating. With my families and couple, I hope to work towards creating a safe space where communication can take place that is open, honest, and where needs can be asked for and respected. Working collaboratilvey with my families and couples to creat goals that will help improve and empower their lives is key to me in my therapy. I work from an integrative therapeutic approach; striving to learn from my client’s inner wisdom and combining my skills to assist them in traversing challenges & changes in life.
