I’m an open-minded, nonjudgmental kind of person, so I’ll make you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings, and we can move forward together. I have experience in mental health, couple intimacy, family dynamics, trauma, and I welcome all people, all types of relationships (both monogamous and polyamorous), and all sexual preferences (such as LGBTQ+). I am currently working to acquire my AASECT Sex Therapy Certification through the Southwest Sexual Health Alliance.
In sessions, I model authenticity by being present with my clients. You’ll find me to be compassionate, empathetic, perseverant, and even silly at times. I’m a strong believer in the power of talk therapy to ‘get the poison out’, eliminating fear, anxiety, depression, etc. By communication skills, you will learn to manage and control your emotions better.
From a Sex Positive and Solution Focused approach, we all have the strengths to solve our own issues. As a therapist, I’m merely there to guide you through the therapy process, helping you create a fulfilling life and satisfying relationships. Together, we will eliminate the elements of fear, shame, and judgement, to become our most authentic selves.
