Hello my name is Olga Harris,
I have been a counselor for the past 22 years. I graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1998 with dual Masters degrees. I have a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Counseling. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed by the State of Texas since 2007.
I worked at The Women’s Center of Tarrant County, helping survivors of sexual assualt and victims of crime. I also worked at Safe Haven of Tarrant County, counseling victims of domestic abuse and I also worked for almost 8 years at Catholic Charities of Fort Worth, counseling clients with a diverse history of trauma, abuse, victimization, relational problems, anxiety, grief and depression among other issues. I received my license as a professional counselor (LPC) by the state of Texas in 2007. I have been in private practice since 2008.
I use a holistic approach that addresses body, mind and spirit. I use a variety of counseling techniques such as Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress and Anxiety Reduction, I'm passionate about helping couples deal with, interpersonal conflicts, infidelity, communication problems, intimacy, among other issues such as parenting, blended families, finances, etc.
I specialize in marriage and family issues. I have extensive experience in helping people deal with anxiety, trauma and relational issues. I am confident that as we work together, I will be available to help you achieve balance and emotional health in your life.
