I thrive on helping people understand and communicate more efficiently. I believe that people need to be authentic and genuine in order to fully experience and enjoy their relationships. If you are struggling and don’t know where to begin, I can help.
I trained in family and couples counseling through my graduate degree. I have experience working with couples and families with communication problems, and children with defiant behaviors. I also have experience leading parent groups. If you want to improve your relationships but aren’t sure where to begin, I’m here to help.
