I am helping people suffering from anxiety, panic, and mood disorders. I support parents struggling with raising their children who are overwhelmed by stress. I also provide therapy for couples to strengthen their relationship using attachment theory. I support adolescents and young adults who are trying to find direction in their lives and who suffer from confusion and uncertainty and anxiety to make important decisions in their lives.
