Mike Kragt
About
I incorporate components of EFT, Gottman's work, attachment theory and sprituality into my work with couples. I help couples identify their underlying emotions that get triggered in the relationship and learn how to communicate these effectively to their partner so needs can be met more effectively. We stay away from the blame game and focus on the dynamics of the relationship interactions, with both parties taking on shared responsibility for making positive changes. The goal is always to improve couple communication to move toward increased emotional intimacy and connection.
