I work with individuals looking to regain their power and sense of self after a traumatic event. I don't believe that "one size fits all" and work collaboratively with you to address the fear, anxiety, nightmares, and anything else coming up. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and am always in awe by it's efficaciousness. Through the use of eye movements and tapping, we will work together to reprocess the traumatic event and help you to heal both physically and emotionally.
