Mary Bruce-Owenby
About
I offer a gentle, non-judgmental approach for couples work, collaboratively identifying and de-escalating negative cycles, rebuilding trust and emotional safety, and restructuring patterns toward connection, closeness, and a deeper intimacy.
I come to the field from higher education and the arts and offer a respectful, attuned, direct approach. It takes courage to take this first step of exploring the possibility of doing couples therapy, and I welcome setting up a free consultation so that you may ask questions and also get a sense of my approach--and whether it feels like a good fit for both of your needs.
