I use evidence-based approaches--primarily pulling from Gottman's work and Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT).
Personally, I'm a wife of 18 years and a mom of two kiddos by way of adoption, after struggling with infertility. Familiar with parenting special needs and nurturing a relationship through the ups and downs, I'm also a cancer survivor and know that living wholeheartedly after transitions is possible.
