I give couples the skills to deeply listen and share with one another in a way that promotes effective communication for all aspects of their lives. In this process, combined with other highly refined tools, couples learn to cultivate their deep love and bond for one another.
I help each partner take responsibility for the baggage they bring into the relationship and showing them how to manage their reactions and/or discordant behavior so that it no longer creates disharmony in their relationship.
