About
Everybody fights. In fact, we tend to fight more dirty with the ones whom we love, and how we deal with conflict can make or break a relationship in the long-term. Conflict is inevitable, and I believe that learning how to “fight fair” is a big part of a successful relationship.
Do you lean towards your partner or away? Are you able to ask for what you need or what you don’t need or want, in a collaborative manner?
If you are looking at my profile you are likely struggling with conflict or a sense of unfulfilled ness. You feel disconnected and are wondering where to begin. One of you complains about your sex life and the other one feels like you aren’t doing enough to help around the house or feels like they are not being heard. You feel like you are on opposite teams and that is scary and makes you angry.
I believe that couples need to build a solid foundation and start tackling things as a team, rather than two people going at it. The truth is, that it is possible to face the world (and each other!) together as a united front.
My focus is on working with couples to learn more about each other, be vulnerable with each other, give each other a ton of grace and learn how to fight fair and express yourself without fear of retribution by following The Gottman Method and I would be honored to help you navigate towards a more fulfilling and long-lasting relationship.
