Relationships are hard and require a lot of work. Just as a plant needs sunlight, water and nurturing our relationships require intentional work in keeping it alive.
My primary method of therapy is Internal Family Systems (IFS) to work with couples. I work with you to identify where the obstacles are and facilitate the connection you desire in your relationship. Using this model, couples are able to uncover things from the past that are affecting their relationship in present day and heal them so that greater connection and more presence is brought into your relationship.
I believe in supporting mutual support and cooperation as we work together to idenfity your challenges, improve communication and improve the way your relate to one another so that your interactions create connection versus resentment.
