For the past 40 years, I have worked both in Australia and America, as a psychotherapist, educator, and writer. I was Director of the Family Therapy Program at the Marriage and Family Centre in Sydney, Australia, and later worked with the Family Institute at Northwestern University.
Since I am a therapist and a writer, I frame each individual and couple as the main character(s). As the hero or heroine, you are called to face adversity, overcome anxiety, improve relationships, and find happiness.
