I do not provide marriage therapy to couples, however provide individual therapy to adults aged 18 and older. One of my areas of focus is relationship counseling, which can compliment couples therapy. My framework is trauma sensitive, compassionate, and person-centered. Therapy provides a time to honestly and deeply explore and gain understanding of the self that you bring into a relationship, and also the relationship that you have with yourself.
