I can help navigate you towards better communication, greater connection, and increased intimacy. I also help couples during divorce and individuals looking to rebuild after breakup or divorce. I offer pre contemplative, pre- marital therapy for couples looking to build stronger foundations. I can also guide you through symptoms such as anxiety or/depression you may have as a cause of life's many deep and sometimes overwhelming existential issues. All relationship types and ages welcome!
