About
From birth, human beings are wired for relationships, but sometimes we need guidance to engaged in healthy, supportive, and secure partnerships. I am passionate about working with couples on improving their relationships, and I approach couples therapy through the PACT (Psychbiological Approach to Couples Therapy) model. This approach focuses on attachment styles, arousal regulation, and centrality of partnership. You can expect to uncover the "user manual" to your partner and become an expert on their unique psychology through our work together. I warmly welcome couples of all sexual orientations, ability statuses, racial backgrounds, and socioeconomic levels.
