In intimate relationships we often come across an inability to resolve differences and a feeling that our needs are not being met. It can be difficult to hear your partner’s perspective leading to conflicts and miscommunications. Oftentimes we struggle with feelings of loss and disconnection that can manifest in the form of depression and anxiety limiting our access to a full range of emotions. Together we will explore these issues to discover new ways of relating to one another.
