Each of us are navigating through life on our own path. From time to time, we find ourselves lost, turned around, or set in an unhealthy direction by life’s circumstance or our own choices. Since we are social creatures, we need support and assistance to find our way back. I would like to walk with you and help be your navigator to return to your true path. I work with adults and couples. From time to time, I work with families in special circumstances, such as adoption. I work with individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, PTSD, depressed mood, psychosis, chronic illness, and cancer.
You are the expert on you; you know you best. I have the tools and knowledge to assist you to return to your path. I am a genuine and empathetic person, who can work with every individual. I have personal experience with mental health illness, chronic illness, children from the foster care system and adoption, and Veterans with PTSD including their families.
My speciality is working with Christians on all avenues of their God-given path. Mental illness impacts Christians as well, impairing 1 in 4 adults. Churches rarely talk about mental illness and twenty percent of Christian leave the church due to lack of support for mental illness. Do not allow that to be you or your family member. God has a different plan.
