I work with couples and individuals to help them live well and find healing in their most important relationships. I have been in private practice since 2006 and my specializations include working with relationships, trauma, grief work and anxiety. Much of what brings people to counseling involves relational wounds to some degree, from traumatic experiences and pain to implied messages about emotional safety and how to be in a healthy relationship. Our work together involves getting clear on where the pain is and focusing on healing in order for you to experience more peace and joy in your life and relationships.
