Jim Stockton
About
My approach to couples therapy is attachment based and highly experiential. I have completed the Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT) training process (4 day Externship and 5 Core Skills Weekends). I have been practicing EFT with my couples for 6 years now. A big part of my work with couples is focused on attuning with each partner by reflecting, validating, and making sense of their moves in a cycle that has them stuck and distressed.
