About
Jessica Coburn is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Temporary Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor under the direct supervision of Geoff Wilson, MSW, LCSW, LCADC. Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree majoring in Psychology at Eastern Kentucky University and went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at EKU as well. Jessica is trained to work with adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, career and vocational issues, substance abuse, family/marital concerns, Alzheimer’s disease, bereavement, anger, and other mood disorders. Jessica has also completed the Level 2 training for Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Jessica utilizes various treatment modalities, including cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy.
