Drawing upon couple research, I will support you and your partner in slowing your dynamics down to uncover invisible forces past and present that are driving your conflict and disconnect. You can expect me to take an observational and coaching role, tracking and processing emotions as relevant in choreographing new steps in the couple dance. I often work with couples struggling with stress management, communication impasses, or difficulties feeling emotionally connected. I have been practicing as a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist since 2011 and have completed advanced trainings in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, the level 2 training in Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), along with the Gottman - Level 2 training. I hope to hear from you and your partner to explore how we can improve your communication and connection!
