About
I use a variety of techniques to help you, like Attachment therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Internal Family Systems Theory, and Emotionally-Focused therapy.
I believe our therapeutic relationship is a huge predictor of success. In my therapy sessions, no single client is alike. I tell it like it is and we get to know each other at a pace that feels right for you.
I've always loved learning about people and relationships. My career as a therapist stemmed from my own experience with a therapist. In my early twenties, I felt stuck in my sales job, anxious, and directionless. After a few miserable years, I was ready to enlist a therapist. The woman I eventually found was wonderful and gave me insight into why I was so unhappy, skills to set boundaries, and tools for growth.
I decided to become a therapist myself and have never looked back. I started Be Well Therapy Group to give clients the same collaborative, engaged therapy experience that changed my trajectory.
