When working with couples, I meet with you both for the first meeting and then just once separately. I also incorporate online assessment tools from John Gottman and Prepare-Enrich to gather information and gain and understand of your relationship dynamics. Following this assessment period, I meet with you both again to go over your results and answer any questions you might have. Using well-established methods and targeting fundamentals of conflict resolution and communication, I work with you to resolve points of friction and enhance connection.
