It is my job and my pleasure to help turn the tensions and pain you're experiencing into opportunities for growth and expansion. If you are ready to make changes and open to new possibilities, now is the time. I work with couples and individuals. We will find the nourishment within the pain while not losing track of what feels good...laughter is not uncommon in my office. I am trained in a mindful, body-based therapy called Hakomi. By tuning into your nervous system we can move you to states of clarity and ease. Your body wants you to be in balance; connected to the relief that is just below the surface of your anxiety and fear.
I am interested in the intersection of identities that makes you the unique person you are. I honor the ways that culture, family, and our communities shape us. I am trained to work with trauma (including ongoing trauma caused by systemic oppression). I work deeply and collaboratively.
