As a marriage and family therapist I know we all exist in systems. Your unqiue relationship needs unqiue care and tools and is certainly not one size fits all.
I aid my clients in getting a better sense of both their system and their partners so they can finding lasting and effective solutions to dealing with the stressors they face. As you gain insight into how your way of behaving has made sesne in the past, yet has now become unhelpful or even destructive to your current life circumstance, you'll learn the tools to unburden yourself of these behaviors and reactions so you can show up the way you want to in your life and relationship.
You don't have to stay stuck in the same patterns, but trying to change without understanding what led us to deveolp these patterns can often lead to feeling like you always fall back to the way it was before, leading to feeling hopeless and burnout on trying to change. Lasting change is aviaable in yourself and in your relationship and I can help you get there.
