Welcome! Whether it be issues with communication, family, parenting, ongoing conflict, or a breach of trust, it would be my honor to be your guide on the road back to relational health. I specialize in helping couples and individuals to heal their relational wounds and dysfunctional patterns and learn the skills that will bring joy, connection, and intimacy back into their lives. I use Terry Real's Relational Life Therapy (RLT) in my work with couples and individuals to help them effectively address both current and long-standing issues and return to a state of healthy connection. I also incorporate the latest research on neuroscience and mindfulness to help educate and provide valuable, needed skills to all of my clients.
