As a provisionally licensed marriage and family therapist (license number M.2400318) my focus is on bringing families and couples together in a way that makes them feel understood and connected with those they love most in this world. Having personal experience with blending families and parenting through all the stages of development I understand the challenges today’s families face.
I have additional training in trauma, including intergenerational trauma and legacy trauma that can unintentionally interrupt our most well-meaning efforts in parenting and partnering. I view therapy as a collaborative effort; with the family or couple as the experts of their lives and myself as a guest who you allow to be with you and provide a safe space for you to connect and feel understood.
I am a certified trauma therapist and certified in Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I have additional training in Internal Family Systems and Strategic Family Therapy and my passion is in creating an experience in therapy that will make change possible. My desire is to help families who have experienced separation and to help couples who have experienced common relationship troubles such as difficulty communicating, infidelity, resentment, and disconnection.
My preference would be to meet in office, but telehealth sessions are available. Let’s go on a journey, shall we?
