I know every couple’s story is different and that couples therapy should not be a one size fits all. To best meet my couples’ needs I combine both the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy both highly effective, culturally sensitive, and research-based approaches to couples therapy. I continue to train and learn about the science behind love and attachment because I know you and your partner deserve a real chance at healing and restoring your relationship, not bogus advice.
In our couple’s therapy sessions, I help people develop the necessary insights and skills needed to sustain love overtime. My sessions are educational and experiential, we also provide weekly homework assignments that should be completed prior to the following session. My style is very hands-on and requires commitment from all parties. I know that it takes great effort to see great changes and create great relationships that allow us to heal.
